Switching to a New Recreation Registration System - CivicRec
We are excited to introduce a new recreation registration system called CivicRec which is designed to streamline the registration experience for our community. This upgraded system offers improved efficiency, ease of use, and greater convenience for both residents and staff.
Improved Efficiency & Self-Service
With this new system, residents can easily manage their recreation needs online, from registering for programs to tracking their activities. This self-service capability reduces the need for in-person visits and phone calls, allowing for a more streamlined process.
Ease of Use & Online Payments
The new platform features an intuitive design with integrated online payment functionality, making it simple for residents to browse, register, and pay for activities at anytime, from any internet-connected device. For staff, this user-friendly system ensures seamless management of programs, payments, and registrations, creating a more efficient workflow.
Enhanced Community Experience
Our new public portal gives residents greater control over their recreation experience by allowing them to conveniently register, track, and pay for classes at their convenience. With improved accessibility and a smoother registration process, we are making it easier than ever for the community to participate in recreational activities.

Transition Period
During this transition, some programs and all facility rentals will continue to be processed using our previous registration software system called RecPro. Most new programs, including summer programming, will be processed using our new registration software system called CivicRec. When registering online for a program, please go to the program page on the website, and a link will be provided to register. This link will take you to either RecPro or CivicRec. We understand the two systems may cause confusion, so please reach out to us if you have any questions. We appreciate your patience during this transition period.

Credit Card Processing Fee
All transactions starting 4/15/25 with a credit card made through CivicRec will be charged a credit card processing fee of 3.5%. This will be added to your total at checkout and referred to as a "Surcharge" on your receipt. This fee covers the processing cost for credit card payments and does not apply to cash or check payments.
