La Sierra Community Center - Measure G Projects

The Measure G projects have started at the La Sierra Community Center!  The following are included in this phase:

  • Natural Turf Soccer Field
    • New sod, irrigation, and drainage system for 331,993 sf field.
  • New paved walking path around soccer/project area to help increase accessibility.
  • Canopy Areas Roofing
    • 9,700 SF of canopy roofing, associated gutters, downspouts, and fascia replaced or repaired.
  • HVAC Phases I-IV - Upgrades to systems with priority on 600 wings
  • Completion Timeline - This project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.  While the field project may be completed, the field area will remain closed and fenced off to allow the new natural turf adequate time to establish strong, healthy roots before regular use can resume.
