The Measure G projects are continuing at the La Sierra Community Center!  The following are included in this upcoming series II:

• Accessible improvements to asphalt and paving of parking lots. Additional accessible safety improvements per CASP report.

Timeline: 

• Current Progress (June 2026): MTW Group is developing plans with different options for the resurfacing of the parking lot and possible walkways.
• May 2026: MTW Group and the District have explored alternative options for the parking lot resurfacing. Discussions are occurring and adjustments to plans with options are being developed.
• April 2026: A presentation by MTW Group was given to the Carmichael Recreation and Park District Advisory Board on 4/16/26 regarding project concepts. Project continues to be reviewed and updated.
