Jan Park - Measure G Projects

The Measure G projects are coming soon to Jan Park!  The following are included in this upcoming series:

  • Exterior Routes of Travel
    • Improve multi-use paved paths and trails on the north side of the site. 
    • Improve path accessibility to park accessories.
    • Maintain native plantings and protect trees.
  • Drinking Fountain and Site Furnishings
    • Provide a new drinking fountain with a preference for a bottle filler and a dog bowl.
  • Increase accessible pathways.
  • Add a misting stick and additional playground equipment.

Timeline: 

  • Current Progress (December 2025): WDSLA continues work on the detailed construction drawing phase as CRPD leadership and Cumming Group Project Management review and provide feedback.
  • November 2025 - Presentation of a Conceptual Design Plan by WDSLA  at the November 20, 2025, Advisory Board Meeting. The Advisory Board approved the conceptual design, which allows WDSLA to move into the detailed construction drawing phase.
