Serving the diverse needs of the community, Carmichael Park is the flagship of the District. The park offers a variety of indoor and outdoor rental options for weddings, meetings, family gatherings, and sporting events.
A permit is required for all special events or park use as stated in Sacramento County Parks Ordinance 9.36.021 when it meets one of the following criteria:
- The event is organized for the participation of the general public and attracts more than 41 participants.
- A fee is charged for participating in the event.
- Any event requiring the exclusive use of a park or facility.
