La Sierra Community Center - Measure G Roofing Project

We are excited about the first project from Measure G bond funds!  The La Sierra Community Center-Phase I and II roof recoating projects. 

Phase I included 200, 300, 400 (east), 500, and 600 (west) wings. This project provided the California Montessori Project (CMP) students and teachers with leak-free classrooms moving forward.  

Phase II included John Smith Community Hall, Chautauqua Playhouse, Sierra Rooms, 700 wing, Sac Fine Arts Center and the Maintenance Shop.

All roofs were cleaned, repaired, and a 15-year silicon seal was applied.

Phase II
