Notice - Request for Proposals

The Carmichael Recreation and Park District is seeking proposals for site surveying services in connection with the passing of the November 2022, General Obligation Bond. The purpose of these RFPs is to solicit Fee Proposals from Consultants to perform site surveys for Carmichael Park, La Sierra Community Center, and Glancy Oaks, Cardinal Oaks, and Del Campo Parks.

Questions on this request for proposal should be directed to: huy.hoang@cumming-group.com no later than March 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM. All responses to questions regarding these RFPs will be posted on this page by March 28, 2024, by 5:00 PM.

Addendum 01

Proposals are due to Ingrid S. Penney, Administrative Services Manager, including all RFP Forms and Addendums must be emailed in PDF format by 3:00 PM PST on April 4, 2024, to the following email address: ingrid@carmichaelpark.com. All proposals must be submitted by the above due date and time. Sole responsibility rests with the Responder to ensure that its proposal is submitted before the deadline.
